The WUA

The Winchester Umpires Association (WUA) was formed to organize individuals in a given area for the common purpose of promoting and improving baseball and softball umpiring, while also magnifying the place of baseball/softball as an opportunity to develop character, good sportsmanship, and citizenship. We are here to serve the local community while promoting fair play and friendly competition as governed by the National Federation of State High School Associations and the Virginia High School League.
